Itinerary

Arrival in Nepal. Airport pickup and hotel check-in. Evening welcome circle and gentle stretch session.
Overnight: 3-star hotel in Kathmandu

Enjoy a scenic 6-7 hour drive to Pokhara. Sunset yoga session near Phewa Lake.
Overnight: 3-star hotel in Pokhara

Morning yoga. Drive to Kande and start a short 2–3 hr trek to Australian Camp. Evening yoga with mountain views.
Overnight: Mountain eco-lodge

Trek to Landruk (1,565m) Early meditation and breakfast. Trek 5–6 hours through forest and village trails.
Overnight: Teahouse lodge

Trek to Ghandruk (1,940m) Morning breathwork and a 4–5 hour trek to Ghandruk, known for its culture and views.
Overnight: Lodge with mountain panorama.

Trek to Nayapul, then drive back to Pokhara. Optional massage. Evening yoga nidra.
