Itinerary
- Airport pickup and transfer to boutique hotel in Kathmandu
- Short retreat briefing and introduction to instructors
- Welcome dinner at a peaceful garden restaurant
- Optional gentle evening stretch & grounding meditation

- Morning yoga & pranayama session at hotel terrace
- Drive (2 hrs) to Namo Buddha, a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site
- Guided visit to the stupa and monastery with monk blessings
- Light hike (1.5 hrs) through pine forests to Balthali Eco-Retreat
- Evening restorative yoga with Himalayan sunset views

- Final group sunrise yoga session
